Alright ladies… Do you need an impromptu ladies night? How about some YOU time? Or what about a good, fun workout? Simple enough, maybe you just need to laugh and be around other beautiful positive women? Well…THIS IS IT…our LAST Sip & Tip event of the year! Before we become overwhelmingly busy with the upcoming holiday season, come join us one last time, as we get our bodies moving while sipping and laughing the evening away.

As always, we will start the night out with a cocktail hour (7-8:00PM) where we will  mix, mingle, network, sip wine, partake in lite refreshments and enjoy a lot of laughter! We will then move on to our Hip Hop Cardio Dance Class (8:00PM) where we will dance, sweat, workout and have some fun while doing so!!

Prices are NOW $25 for an individual and $40 if you bring a friend!!! Registration will close on November 14th at 11:59PM (CST). Looking forward you seeing you all soon!
